Create a Comic- anouncing a fun and no cooking event

We all foodies have fun experiences while cooking. It can be day to day comfort food or cooking for events or even our own tried and tested recipes may or may not turn out good. The expression of the people (possibly all members of family..god bless those guests when such things happen in a party) might be funny or sometimes it might even heat up the situation. I am sure your eyes would have captured them in a picture perfect way and memory(read as brain) must have stored it forever. Now just bring them back from your hard drive and share it with everyone in the form of a comic. You can imagine something and make a comic; need not be something which has happened in real life. Here are some of the rules of the event :

1. Create a comic according to the given theme
2. The theme is "Cooking with Brinjals"
3. Comic can be written in 2 or 3 episodes with a 'to be continued' text in the last box
4. If you have a blogger friend who had similar experience you can combine your comic with them and make a episode. Max number of episodes are 3. You have to conclude it within 3 episodes.
5. Publish your comic in your blog/website and link it back to my blog. Please feel free to use the logo in your blog.
6. Email your entries to lakshmi@tasteofmysore.com
7. Last date to submit your entries is 23 June. Round up will be in last week of June or 1 July.
8. Non bloggers also can send in your entries to the above address.

Start imagining all possible thoughts for "Cooking with Brinjals"

Here is a comic just to lighten the heart.

Because the text is very small, please read the conversation here :

Box1 : Husband: What is cooking hone?

Wife: I think Gujarati Cuisine..coz the dateline to submit the cuisine is nearing

Box 2 : Husband: Can we have something simple honey? ehh..rasam, sambar and rice..
Wife:oh..don't worry I am just gonna make very simple dinner. Kadhi, Khichdi, rotli and saag Dont worry, I learned to cook Guj cuisine on internet.

Box 3: Husband (to himself): Oh noo..not another experiment. Oh god! please give me enough strength to digest..

All....LOL..

And the logo of the event is :

@ Arundathi,
You can find links in my post to create a comic.

@ Bee,
:)) ....LOL, bee the comic is purely a imagination. Your comic hubby's expression would be worth watching and the thot's inside his mind would be worth bringing a smile on someone's face.
