Chutney Rotti

Got some left over pudina& coriander chutney at home? Easy peasy..just add rice flour and salt to left over chutney and mix well to make a soft dough. Pat them on a non-stick paper. Smear little oil on the paper and then pat them into thick round circles and transfer the rotti with paper to hot tava with rotti side facing the tava. Peel off the paper. Fry on both sides till it is red. Chutney rotti is ready. :)

@ Chitra Amma, I will post it soon. I was impressed with the aroma and taste. It took 18hrs+ to ferment as I used sweet curds rather than sour ones which I did not have. But consistency of batter etc was no issue at all. Totally perfect :)

Ramyabala,
ahahahaa..not really but I was wondering why none asked this question..and you did it! :P

DivyaVikram,
ya, wheatflour also goes equally well. Akki rotti tastes good because coconut used in chutney gives a very good taste to rotti.
