Orange Yogurt Muffin Cake

Loved this muffin cake to the core! Got the recipe from a colleague and credits to both, the blog and my colleague who introduced me to this wonderful recipe.

Orange Yogurt Muffin Cake

Recipe From Wendyinkk of Table for 2....or more

125gm butter
200 sugar
3 medium eggs(180g weighed with shells on)
200g plain yogurt
60ml Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
250gm Flour (Plain Flour or we call it maida)
3/4tsp Soda bi carbonate

1. Preheat oven at 170C
2. Cream butter and sugar untill pale and fluffy. Add eggs one by one and continue to beat untill the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Sift in flour and sodabicarbonate and fold in gently.
4. Line a loaf pan or baking tin and pour it in. My 8" round bottomed pan went well.

5. Bake for 35 minutes (baking time depends on your oven) or untill a skewer inserted comes out clean. Looks like above once you take out of the oven.

6. Enjoy!!!

Look at the super texture, sounds easy to bake too and citrus is our favorite flavor in cakes. Bookmarked for trying.
