Broccoli and Paneer Cutlets 
Preparation
  time :  10 mins    Mixing Time : 2mins      Total Time Taken : 25mins 
              Makes :  20 Cutlets                        |

          Ingredients:
   
1 : Riced Broccoli from 1 head of
  Broccoli  
50g : Crumbled Paneer 
           RedChili Powder, Garam masala
  powder, Turmeric, Chaat Masala Powder to taste                 
           Salt as needed Cornflour slurry: Mix a teaspoon of cornflour with water and stir 
Water for mixing
  the dough 
Oil for deep frying 
Method :  
1.       Stir Fry Riced
  Broccoli for a minute or two. Let it cool 
2.       Mix rest of the
  ingredients to Broccoli.  
3.      Pinch lemon size
  dough and roll them into circles. Dip lightly in cornflour slurry and deep fry in hot oil on both sides.   
4.      Serve with Chutney
  or Ketchup.  |
