1. Taro root - 200g
4. Oil for deep frying
1. De-skin Taro root and steam it in pressure cooker for 15-20 mins.
2. Blot the water away from the slices. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till brown
3. When warm, sprinkle salt and pepper. Toss it. Serve it with warm rice and hot rasam.
