Methi poori has won our heart. We are in love with the subtle aroma of methi in poori. You have to try it to know it.

Methi Poori
Preparation time :  30 mins        Mixing Time : 5mins      Total Time Taken : 35mins
              Makes :  25 pooris                      
200g :Wheat Flour(Pillsbury brand flour)
30g : Maida or Plain Flour
           20 g : Fine Semolina
             10g: Kasuri Methi                
Salt as needed
Water for mixing the dough
Oil for deep frying
Method :
1.       Mix all the above ingredients into tight dough.
2.       Rest the dough for next 20 mins.
3.      Pinch lemon size dough and roll them into circles. Deep fry in hot oil on both sides. 
4.      Serve with your favorite side dish.
